3. Apply masking tape around the window, 8.5 mm (0.33 in) from the window edge (a), as a guide for locating the window reveal molding.
4. Remove the protective liner from the back of the window reveal molding.
5. Position the window reveal molding to the location tape. Press the molding to the mounting surface.
6. Apply equal pressure along the window reveal molding to uniformly bond the molding to the window.
7. Remove the tape from around the window.
8. Install the windshield.
