Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement

J 25033-B Pump Pulley Installer

Removal Procedure    

1. Remove the accessory drive belt. See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt
2. Remove the power steering pump pulley hub plug.
3. Install the J 25034-B on the pump pulley and remove the pulley.

Installation Procedure        

1. Using J 25033-B install the pump pulley onto the pump.

Important:  Pulley must be installed onto pump shaft so that the pulley hub is flush with the pump shaft.

2. Install the hub plug into pulley.
3. Install the accessory drive belt. See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt
