Intercooler Duct: Service and Repair
Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Open the hood.
2. Disconnect the battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Battery
Cable/Negative/Service and Repair/Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection).
3. Disconnect the turbocharger pressure sensor wiring harness plug (1).
4. Loosen the charge air cooler outlet air hose clamp (2).
5. Remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose (3) from the throttle body.
6. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Front Bumper Cover
/ Fascia/Service and Repair/Front Bumper Fascia Replacement).
7. Remove the charger air cooler outlet air hose bolt (3).
8. Loosen the clamp.
