Express 1/2 Ton Van V6-4.3L VIN X (2003)
2. Install the power steering cooler mounting nuts.
Tighten the nuts to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
3. Connect the power steering cooler hose to the power steering gear.
Tighten the hose fitting to 33 Nm (24 ft. lbs.).
4. Connect the power steering cooler hose to the power steering pump.
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Bleed the power steering system.
7. Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
