Express 1/2 Ton Van V8-5.7L VIN R (1999)
1. Install the rear axle drain plug.

Tighten the rear axle drain plug to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
2. Fill the rear axle with lubricant level to the filler plug hole. Refer to Fluid and Lubricant Recommendations.
3. Install the rear axle fill plug.

Tighten the rear axle fill plug to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
4. Lower the vehicle.
