Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear seat from the vehicle. Refer to Rear Bench Seat Replacement   (See: Service and Repair/Rear Bench Seat Replacement).
2. Remove the armrest from the seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Armrest Replacement   (See: Service and Repair/Rear Seat Armrest Replacement).
3. Remove the rear seat head restraints, if equipped.
4. Remove the center seat belt, if equipped. Refer to Seat Belt Replacement - Center Rear (with Bench Seat)   (See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt

5. Remove the center seat belt retractor, if equipped. Refer to Rear Seat Center Retractor Side Belt Replacement   (See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt

6. Release the J channel Fastener at the bottom edge of the seat back cover (3).
7. Release the hook and loop strips that retain the seat back cover to the seat back foam pad (2).
8. Working from side to side, carefully lift the seat back cover from the foam pad.
9. Release both head restraint guides from the seat back frame and remove the cushion cover.

10. Remove the foam pad (2) from the seat back frame (1).

Installation Procedure

1. Position the foam pad (2) to the seat back frame (1).
2. Working from side to side, install the seat back cover (3) over the foam pad (2).
3. Install the head restraint guides.
4. Engage the hook and loop strips that retain the seat back cover to the seat back foam pad.
5. Engage the J channel fastener at the bottom edge of the seat back cover.
6. Install the center seat belt, if equipped. Refer to Seat Belt Replacement - Center Rear (with Bench Seat)   (See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt

7. Install the rear seat head restraints, if equipped.

9. Install the armrest to the seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Armrest Replacement   (See: Service and Repair/Rear Seat Armrest Replacement).

10. Install the rear seat from the vehicle. Refer to Rear Bench Seat Replacement   (See: Service and Repair/Rear Bench Seat Replacement).
