4. Install the 2  upper fan shroud to core support bolts and tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb in).
5. Install the engine oil fill cap.
6. Install the engine oil indicator.
7. Install the transmission oil indicator.
8. Position back cross car harness.
9. Connect the cross car harness on buss bar at right core support.

10. Install the intake air heater. Refer to Intake Air Heater Replacement   (See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Intake Air

Heater/Service and Repair).

11. Connect the fan clutch electrical connector, if equipped.
12. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement   (See: Engine/Tune-up and Engine Performance Checks/Air Cleaner

Housing/Service and Repair).

13. Install the charge air cooler inlet and outlet hoses. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet and Outlet Duct Replacement (Inlet)   (See: Powertrain

14. Install the surge tank. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Replacement   (See: Coolant Reservoir/Service and Repair/Radiator Surge Tank Replacement
