Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
5. Install the turbocharger coolant feed hose (2) to the turbocharger coolant feed pipes (3).
6. Slide the turbocharger coolant feed hose (3) onto the thermostat housing and secure with the hose clamps (4).
7. Install the turbocharger coolant feed pipe retainer bolt (1) and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
8. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) (See: Service and Repair/Procedures/Cooling System Draining
and Filling (Static Fill)) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill) (See: Service and Repair/Procedures/Cooling System Draining and
Filling (Vac N Fill)) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LGH) (See: Service and Repair/Procedures/Cooling System Draining and
Filling (Static Fill VIN L)).
9. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement (See: Engine/Access Cover/Service and Repair).
10. Install the positive crankcase ventilation hose. Refer to Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement (Regulator Valve to
Separator) (See: Powertrain Management/Emission Control Systems/Positive Crankcase Ventilation/PCV Valve Hose/Service and
