Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
4. Install the turbocharger coolant return to the pipe retainer bolt (1) onto the right front valve cover.
Tighten the bolt to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
5. Install the turbocharger coolant return pipe retainer bolt (1).
Tighten the bolt to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
6. Install the turbocharger. Refer to Turbocharger Replacement (See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air
Induction/Turbocharger/Service and Repair/Turbocharger Replacement)
7. Install the EGR cooler assembly. Refer to Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cooler Replacement (See: Powertrain Management/Emission Control
Systems/Exhaust Gas Recirculation/EGR Cooler/Service and Repair/Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cooler Replacement).
8. Install the generator mounting bracket. Refer to Generator Bracket Replacement (V8) (See: Starting and Charging/Charging
