Removal Procedure

2. Remove the radiator outlet pipe. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LU3) (See: Radiator Hose)Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement

3. Remove the thermostat bypass pipe. Refer to Thermostat Bypass Pipe Replacement (See: Coolant Line/Hose/Service and Repair/Thermostat

4. Remove the crankshaft balancer. Refer to Crankshaft Balancer Replacement (See: Engine/Cylinder Block Assembly/Harmonic Balancer -
Crankshaft Pulley/Service and Repair).
5. Remove the water pump to water pump outlet pipe nuts (1) from the studs (2).
