1. Position the camshaft reluctor (2) to the camshaft gear (3).

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

2. Install the camshaft reluctor bolts (1) and tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb in).
3. Install the oil pump drive gears and reluctor to the crankshaft. Refer to Oil Pump Replacement   (See: Engine Lubrication/Oil Pump/Service and

Repair).

4. Install the engine front cover. Refer to Engine Front Cover Replacement   (See: Timing Components/Timing Cover/Service and Repair).

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the engine front cover. Refer to Engine Front Cover Replacement   (See: Timing Components/Timing Cover/Service and Repair).
