4. Install the water pump to water pump outlet pipe nuts (1) to the studs (2) and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
5. Install the crankshaft balancer. Refer to Crankshaft Balancer Replacement   (See: Cylinder Block Assembly/Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft

Pulley/Service and Repair).

6. Install the thermostat bypass pipe. Refer to Thermostat Bypass Pipe Replacement   (See: Cooling System/Coolant Line/Hose/Service and

Repair/Thermostat Bypass Pipe Replacement).

7. Install the radiator outlet pipe. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LU3)   (See: Cooling System/Radiator Hose)Radiator Outlet Hose
