Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
1. Install the fuel pump to the vehicle.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
2. Install the fuel pump retaining bolt and tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb in).
3. Connect the fuel lines to the fuel pump. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service (See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and
Air Induction/Fuel Line Coupler/Service and Repair/Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service).
4. Connect the fuel pump electrical connector.
5. Lower the vehicle.
