Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
2. Install the evaporator core to the auxiliary HVAC module.
3. Install the evaporator core seal.
4. Reassemble the case halves.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
5. Install the auxiliary HVAC module screws and tighten to 2 Nm (16 lb in).
6. Reassemble the lower HVAC halves.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
7. Install the lower HVAC case screws and tighten to 2 Nm (16 lb in).
8. Install the auxiliary HVAC module. Refer to Auxiliary HVAC Module Removal and Installation (See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and
Repair/Auxiliary HVAC Module Removal and Installation).
9. Leak test the fittings using the J 39400-A.
