Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
6. Connect the fuel pressure regulator electrical connector (1).
7. Install the air outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (See: Air Cleaner Housing/Air Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose/Service and
Repair/Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement).
8. Install the center intake manifold. Refer to Center Intake Manifold Replacement (LMM) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake
Manifold/Service and Repair/Center Intake Manifold Replacement).
9. Prime the fuel system. Refer to Fuel System Priming (See: Service and Repair/Fuel System Priming).
10. Start the engine.
If the engine stalls, repeat the above step.
11. Once the engine starts, inspect for fuel leaks.
