4. Install the fuel line bracket fastener and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
5. Connect the fuel feed and return pipes.
6. Install the intake manifold tube. Refer to Intake Manifold Tube Replacement   (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake Manifold/Service

and Repair/Intake Manifold Tube Replacement).

7. Install the charge air cooler inlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement   (See: Turbocharger/Intercooler/Intercooler

Duct/Service and Repair/Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement).

8. Prime the fuel system. Refer to Fuel System Priming   (See: Service and Repair/Fuel System Priming).
9. Start the engine. 

If the engine does not start, repeat the above step.

10. Inspect the fuel system for fuel leaks.
11. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Access Cover/Service and Repair).

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Access Cover/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the charge air cooler inlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet and Outlet Duct Replacement (Inlet)   (See:

Turbocharger/Intercooler/Intercooler Duct/Service and Repair/Charge Air Cooler Inlet and Outlet Duct Replacement (Inlet)) Charge Air Cooler
Inlet and Outlet Duct Replacement (Outlet)   (See: Turbocharger/Intercooler/Intercooler Duct/Service and Repair/Charge Air Cooler Inlet and
Outlet Duct Replacement (Outlet)).

3. Remove the intake manifold tube. Refer to Intake Manifold Tube Replacement (LMM)   (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake

Manifold/Service and Repair/Intake Manifold Tube Replacement).

4. Using the J 43178 and J 44581, disconnect the fuel feed and return pipes.
