5. Loosen the bottom filler hose clamp (1).
6. Disconnect the vent tube (2) from the fuel sender. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service (See: Fuel Line Coupler/Service and
Repair/Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service).
7. Remove the fuel tank filler hose (3).
Installation Procedure
1. Install the fuel tank filler hose (3).
2. Connect the vent tube (2) to the fuel sender. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service (See: Fuel Line Coupler/Service and
Repair/Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service).
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
3. Tighten the bottom filler pipe hose clamp (1) to 6 Nm(53 lb in).
