Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
8. Install the EGR cooler pipe bolt and tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb in).
9. Position the turbocharger inlet cooling hose/pipe (2) to the thermostat housing and position the compression clamp (1) to secure.
10. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service
and Repair/Procedures/Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill) (See: Engine,

11. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Access Cover/Service and Repair).
12. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (See: Air Cleaner Housing/Air Cleaner Fresh Air
Duct/Hose/Service and Repair/Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement).
