Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
3. Lift the auxiliary battery and tray assembly (2) onto the battery tray bolts (1). Do not tighten the upper bolts at this time.
4. Install the lower battery tray bolts (3) and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
5. Tighten the upper bolts (1) to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
6. Connect the auxiliary positive battery cable (3) to the auxiliary battery and tighten the fastener (2) to 14 Nm (123 lb in).
7. Connect the auxiliary negative battery cable fastener (1) to the auxiliary battery and to the primary battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable
