Installation Procedure

1. Install the intermediate shaft seal (1) to the intermediate shaft bearing (2).

2. Install the intermediate shaft bearing. Refer to Intermediate Steering Shaft Bearing Replacement   (See: Intermediate Steering Shaft Bearing

Replacement).

3. Remove the J 42640 from the steering column lower access hole.
