Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
10. Install the turbocharger oil return pipe studs (3), if necessary. Tighten the studs to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
11. Install the turbocharger oil return pipe nuts (2) and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
12. Install the cover plate (1) and bolts (2) to the flywheel housing.
13. Install the upper oil pan. Refer to Upper Oil Pan Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Engine Lubrication/Oil Pan/Service
and Repair/Upper Oil Pan Replacement).
14. Install the left side exhaust pipes. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe Replacement - Left Side (LMM/LGH) (See: Engine, Cooling and
Exhaust/Exhaust System/Exhaust Pipe/Service and Repair/Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe Replacement - Left Side).
15. Install the right side exhaust pipe. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe Replacement - Right Side (LMM/LGH) (See: Engine, Cooling and
Exhaust/Exhaust System/Exhaust Pipe/Service and Repair/Exhaust Manifold Outlet Pipe Replacement - Right Side).
16. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Front Cover Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Timing Components/Timing
Cover/Service and Repair).
