Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
4. Install the J-44643 - tool in order to lock the flywheel (1).
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
5. Tighten the flywheel bolts in the sequence shown.
1. Tighten the bolts a first pass to 79 Nm (59 lb ft).
2. Tighten the bolts a second pass an additional 60 degrees using the J-45059 - meter.
3. Tighten the bolts a final pass an additional 60 degrees using the J-45059 - meter.
6. Remove the J-44643 - tool.
7. Install the transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement (See: Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/6L45/6L50/6L80/6L90 - Automatic Transmission/Transmission Replacement).
