Express 3/4 Ton Van V8-305 5.0L VIN M SFI (1999)

Tighten wheel sensor wire clip nut (4,11) and bolt (7,14) to 17 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the harness rosebud clip (2) at the upper control arm (3) (7300 lbs. GVW (C6A) only).
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the position of the shock tower sensor wire clip is positioned at approximately 45° angle to the centerline of the
vehicle.
6. Install the sensor wire clip (15) at the shock tower bolt (8).

Tighten the shock tower bolt to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).
7. Attach the wheel speed sensor connector to the inner frame rail with the connector mounted rosebud clip.
8. Connect the wheel speed sensor connector to the vehicle harness.
9. Install the hub and rotor.
10. Install brake caliper.
11. Install tire and wheel.
12. Perform road test, driving the vehicle at speed greater than 32 km/h (20 mph).
13. Using the Scan Tool, clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), then check Data List to verify wheel speeds.
