Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Remove the bolt from the tensioner.
3. Remove the tensioner assembly from the engine.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the drive belt tensioner assembly.
2. Install the attaching bolt.

Tighten the tensioner assembly bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the drive belt.
