Express 4500 V8-6.0L (2010)
1. Install the muffler assembly from the front of the vehicle by lifting over the rear axle. Due to the weight of the exhaust system it may take 2 people.
2. Install the muffler assembly hanger pins to the exhaust hanger insulators.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
3. If equipped with a three-way catalytic converter, install the retaining nuts and new gasket to the front of the muffler. Tighten the catalytic converter
to muffler retaining nuts to 48 Nm (35 lb ft).
