Heater Coolant Heater Glow Plug Replacement

J-38125  Terminal Repair Kit

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the heater coolant heater. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Replacement   (See: Service and Repair/Heater Coolant Heater Replacement).
2. Remove the heater coolant heater control unit. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Control Replacement   (See: Auxiliary Cabin Heater Control

Module/Service and Repair).

Note:  Note the routing of the wiring to ensure proper installation.

3. Using J-38125-560 remove the glow plug wiring from the electrical connector.
4. Remove the glow plug from the heater coolant heater.
