Express 4500 V8-6.0L (2010)
1. Install the new sealing washers. Refer to Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement (See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Coupler HVAC/A/C
Coupler O-ring/Service and Repair/Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement).
2. Install the front evaporator tube into the vehicle.
3. Install the front evaporator tube to the rear evaporator tube.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
4. Install the rear evaporator tube retaining nut (1) (If Equipped) and tighten to 16 Nm (12 lb ft).
5. Install the evaporator inlet hose to the front evaporator tube.
6. Install the evaporator inlet hose nut to the front evaporator tube and tighten to 16 Nm (12 lb ft).
