Frontal SIR System Remove or Disconnect
Remove or Disconnect (Figure 14)

Disable the SIR system. Refer to Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming.
1. Driver seat.
2. Driver step well mat, then roll back the carpet.
3. Connector Position Assurance (CPA) and the electrical connector
4. Fasteners from the inflatable restraint Sensing and Diagnostic Module (SDM).
5. SDM from the vehicle.
