Removing The Piston Boot
4. Boot (8).
CAUTION: Use care not to scratch housing bore.
5. Piston seal (10).
CAUTION: Do not use any type of metal tool.
6. Bleeder valve (11).
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Lubricate new piston seal, caliper bore, and piston with clean brake fluid.
CAUTION: Use care not to twist the seal.
2. The front brake caliper piston seal.
NOTE: Special tool J 36475-80 mm or equivalent boot seal installer should be used.

3. Boot (8) on piston (9).
4. Piston (9) and boot into caliper bore.
a) Push piston to the bottom of bore.
