1.

Remove door check "L" pin (Figure 2, Item 2).

2.

Remove door check strap bracket from door and discard.

3.

Remove door trim panel (if equipped).

4.

Disconnect rear window defroster wiring harness (if equipped).

5.

Carefully remove weatherstrip from door.
