Install the pencil brace attachment below the lower support bracket on the steering column (Figure 1 and 2.)

Install retaining nut to the upper pencil brace bolt (Torque to 25-30 N-m) (18-22 lbs.ft.).

Install the instrument cluster and retaining bolts.
15)
Install the instrument panel bezel and the retaining screws.
16)
Install the steering column lower trim panel.
