closed throttle, voltage is not less than 2.2 volts or adjustment cannot be made, replace TPS.
13. Remove the 0.646 gage block tool.
14. Turn key to "OFF".
15. Remove jumper wires and reconnect TPS to the vehicle wiring harness.
16. Reinstall air cleaner assembly and related hoses.
