Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

1. Install the pressure relief valve and seal to the compressor and tighten the valve to 7 Nm (62 lb in).
2. Lower the vehicle.
3. Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging   (See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant Recovery and

Recharging).

4. Leak test the fittings using the J 39400-A  .
