Discard stop pin (Item 1, Figure 2) included in parts package.

4.

Using a hammer, install roller, bushing and pin into hinge stop pin (Items 2, 3 and 4, Figure 2).

5.

Install an 8-32 hexagon set screw (P/N 9426939 or equivalent) into tapped hole and tighten to retain roller pin. Apply Loctite thread
sealer (P/N 1052624 or equivalent) to set screw threads prior to installation.

6.

Install check link spring using tool J-29849 or equivalent.

7.

Lubricate roller and bushing with 30 weight engine oil.
