If the vehicle is equipped with OnStar(R), an OnStar(R) service kit will also be required to change the OnStar(R) microphone location from the ISRV
mirror to the headliner. The new service headliner will have an opening for the OnStar(R) microphone and also a wiring harness connector (1) to connect
to the new microphone.

For vehicles equipped with roof rail air bags (RPO ASF), use the existing bolts/washers attaching the handle bracket and do NOT replace
them with the ones provided in the handle service kit. For vehicles without roof rail air bags, the handle kits include the bolts, washers
and J-clips required to attach the handle bracket to the inner roof sheet metal.

The bracket provided in the handle service kit will include a push pin fastener originally intended to go into a hole in the inner roof sheet
metal. However, this hole will not be present on the vehicle, so the fastener should be discarded.

Order the appropriate part kit(s) from the table below and install the fourth assist handle, and if necessary, the OnStar(R) microphone following the
procedures in SI.
