5. Apply sealer around the hinges.

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

6. Install the nuts.

Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).

7. In the replacement of the left side hinges, complete the following steps:

7.1.

Install the cowl side panel insulator over the lower access hole.

7.2.

Install the parking brake assembly.

7.3.

Install the kick pad.

7.4.

Install the sill plate. 

8. In the replacement of the right side hinges, complete the following steps:

8.1.

Install the cowl side panel insulator over the lower access hole.

8.2.

Install the glove compartment.

8.3.

Install the kick pad.

8.4.

Install the sill plate.

9. Install the door to the body.

10. Install the door module panel.
11. Install the trim panel.
12. Adjust the door. Refer to Door Adjustment.
