Foreign material.

All valves and bushing for:
-

Wear.

-

Nicks.

-

Scratches.

-

Springs for damage or distorted coils.

-

Valves body casting for:
-

Porosity.

-

Interconnected oil passages.

-

Damaged machine surfaces.

-

Damaged pump shaft bearing.

ASSEMBLE

-

Valves, springs and bushings in the order that they came out.

Install Solenoids Wiring Harness

Solenoids And Wiring Harness.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

-

Solenoid harness connector and solenoid.

-

Retaining clips.

-

Case side cover, new gaskets and attaching bolts.

-

Tighten Case side cover bolts to 9 to 13 Nm (80 to 115 in lb).

-

Adjust Fluid level.

Install Transaxle Case Side Cover
