Condition

Some owners may comment on an engine overheating condition and/or loss of engine coolant.

Cause

Swelling of the heater inlet hoses may result in disengagement from the heater core inlet pipe.

Correction

Install a new heater inlet hose and clamps using the procedure identified in Section 1B of the Service Manual.
