4. Install the oil cooler connector.
Tighten the oil cooler connector to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
5. Connect the oil cooler outlet hose to the oil cooler.
6. Install the oil filter. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement.
7. Connect the knock sensor electrical wiring harness connector. Refer to Knock Sensor (KS) Replacement in Powertrain Management.
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Fill the cooling system with engine coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Cooling System.
10. Add engine oil as necessary. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement.
11. Inspect the oil cooler for leaks.
