3. Install the TXV.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

4. Install the TXV screws and tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb in).
5. Install the liquid line to the TXV.
6. Install the suction line to the TXV.
7. Install the liquid line and suction line nut to the TXV and tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).

8. Install the liquid line to the dash clip.
