1. Install the drive belt to the crankshaft pulley, the tensioner and the generator.
2. Rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise.
3. Install the drive belt to the idler pulley (1).

Note:  Ensure the drive belt is properly aligned and seated into the grooves of the accessory drive pulleys.

4. Slowly release the drive belt tensioner.
5. Install the engine mount snubber. Refer to Engine Mount Snubber Bracket Replacement   (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Drive Belts,

6. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement   (See: Filters/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair).
