Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the intake manifold cover.
2. Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) fresh air tube quick connect fitting from the air cleaner outlet duct.
3. Reposition the tube out of the way.
4. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamps at the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor and the throttle body.
5. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct bolt (1).
6. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct spacer and insulator, if required.
7. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.
