Installation Procedure

1. Position the rear door hinge to the alignment marks.

Notice:  Refer to  Fastener Notice .

2. Install the bolts (1) to the body side rear door hinge.

Tighten the body side rear door hinge bolts to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).

3. Install the bolts to the door side rear door hinge (1).

Tighten the door side rear door hinge bolts to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).

4. Close the front door.
5. Inspect the rear door for proper operation and alignment.
