Turn Signal Bulb: Service and Repair
Turn Signal Lamp Bulb Replacement - Rear (4-Door)
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Open the rear compartment lid.
3. Reposition the rear compartment side trim in order to gain access to the tail lamp retaining nut.
4. Remove the 1 nut which secures the tail lamp (1).
5. Remove the 2 screws which secure the tail lamp (1).
6. Pull the tail lamp (1) away From the rear end panel in order to gain access to the socket of the turn signal lamp bulb (4).
7. Remove the turn signal lamp socket From the tail lamp (1).
8. Remove the turn signal lamp bulb (4) From the socket.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the turn signal lamp bulb (4) to the lamp socket.
2. Install the turn signal lamp socket to the tail lamp (1).
3. Install the tail lamp (1) to the vehicle. Secure the lamp with 2 screws and the retaining nut.
4. Position the rear compartment side trim back to it's original position.
5. Close the compartment lid.
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
