Position the I.P. accessory trim plate and install the retaining screws.

Position the instrument cluster trim plate and install the retaining screws. Install the knob for the headlamp switch and the lever for the tilt steering
column.
11.
Connect negative cable at battery.
12.
Install Campaign completion label.

CAMPAIGN IDENTIFICATION LABEL
Each vehicle modified in accordance with the instructions outlined in this Product Campaign Bulletin will require a "Campaign Identification Label."
Each label provides a space to include the five digit dealer code of the dealer performing the campaign service. This information may be inserted with a
typewriter or ballpoint pen.
Each "Campaign Identification Label", is to be located on the radiator core support in an area which will be visible when the vehicle is brought in for
periodic servicing by the owner.
Apply "Campaign Identification Label" only on a clean dry surface.

Dear Chevrolet Owner:
General Motors has determined some early 1986 Chevrolet Corvette models equipped with a manual transmission may have been assembled with an
improperly wired overdrive switch. This switch will not allow the transmission to automatically be in overdrive upon restart as was intended. Currently
your transmission will be in the non-overdrive mode and the overdrive switch must be activated to be in overdrive. When the switch is replaced your
transmission will then be in the overdrive mode upon restart and it will be necessary for you to switch to the non-overdrive mode if you desire that
position.
An mentioned above, this condition will be corrected by installation of a new overdrive switch. This service will be performed for you at no charge.
Instructions for this service have been sent to your Chevrolet Dealer. Please contact your dealer to arrange a service date. The time necessary to make
this modification is approximately forty-five (45) minutes. Please ask your dealer how much additional time will be necessary to process your vehicle.
