Torque Converter Cover: Service and Repair
Torque Converter Cover Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the torque converter cover bolts.
3. Remove the torque converter covers from the transaxle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the torque converter covers.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the torque converter cover bolts.

Tighten the torque converter cover bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).

3. Lower the vehicle.
