When sending a diesel engine injection pump to a Roosa Master Agency for repair, it is extremely important to be sure the condition being
experienced is listed. Without this information, it is virtually impossible to make proper repairs. The warranty claim form (Chevrolet GSD
675) must be filled out and accompany the injection pump when warranty repairs are requested. It is suggested that this form also be used
for out of warranty repairs as it contains all the information needed to effect a repair. Complete the detailed information about the condition
being experienced will help insure proper injection pump repairs.
