Cruise Control Switch: Service and Repair
Cruise Release Switch Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the IP drivers knee bolster reinforcement.
3. Remove the following components from the vehicle:

The plastic retainer (1)

The left I/P outer air outlet duct (2)
4. Disconnect the cruise control release switch electrical connector (3).
5. Loosen the cruise control release switch locknut.
6. Remove the cruise control release switch (1) with the locknut from the clutch pedal bracket by unscrewing it in the counterclockwise direction.
