Air Distribution Duct Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
Air Distribution Duct Replacement: Left - Removal Procedure
1. Remove the I/P drivers knee bolster reinforcement.
2. Remove the following components from the I/P assembly:

The plastic retainer (1)
^
The left I/P outer air outlet duct (2)
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Air Distribution Duct Replacement: Left - Installation Procedure
1. Install the left I/P outer air outlet duct (2) to the I/P assembly. Secure the duct with the plastic retainer (1).
2. Install the I/P drivers knee bolster reinforcement.
Right
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the lip assembly.
2. Remove the following components from the I/P:

The one screw
^
The right I/P outer air outlet duct
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the right I/P outer air outlet duct to the I/P. Secure the duct with the screw.
2. Install the I/P assembly.
