Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor: Service and Repair

IAT Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Disconnect the AT electrical connector (1).
2. Remove the IAT (2) sensor from the Air Cleaner Housing with a pulling, twisting motion.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the AT sensor (2) into the Air Cleaner Housing with a pushing, twisting motion.
2. Connect the IAT electrical connector (1).
